The ingredients list is simply our chicken, some salt & pepper and rice flour - all wrapped up in a natural casing! Gluten free and without preservatives.
Why are we able to produce great chicken?
No Middle Hands - when you buy direct from us, the farmers, there are no middle hands adding their markup along the way.
Low Inputs - We don’t need the chemical inputs, the fuel or the water treatment that industrial chicken production requires. We don’t need the heavy machinery and trucks to remove our chicken manure at the end of each batch. We work with nature instead of against it.
Regenerative Vision - from carbon sequestration to fixing the water cycle, from eliminating chemical use and increasing biodiversity to fixing our health; We believe regenerative agriculture is the solution for so many of our modern society’s problems. But it won’t work if it’s a luxury item for special occasions. It has to be affordable to be consumed everyday. We have chosen to make this a reality.
