We use Australia’s largest network of cold couriers to deliver all across Australia, reaching 97% of the country!
Our weekly delivery cycle means you need to place your order by Tuesday 11 AM cut-off for delivery the following week.
You don’t need to be home to receive your delivery - it will arrive frozen, and in insulated packaging. Our courier will even let you know when they’ve dropped off your precious goods!
Most major cities also have a night-time delivery option, in case you can’t make it home to bring your order inside in time.

What day do you deliver?
Most of our orders will be delivered on the Monday of delivery week, unless a Monday delivery isn’t available in your area, or if it’s a public holiday - in this case we’ll choose the next available day, normally Tuesday.
Once we schedule your order for delivery with our courier, we’ll send you live tracking details which will confirm your delivery date. The day prior to your delivery, the courier will update the tracking details with a 2-hour estimated delivery window and send you a text message with this information. Once delivery is complete, you will receive another text message confirming that your delivery had been completed.
How do I know which week is delivery week and when is the order cut off?
Now that we’re delivering weekly, every week is delivery week! Just be sure to place your order before the cut-off on Tuesdays 11 AM for delivery the following week.
What happens if I can’t be home on delivery day?
You don’t have to be home to receive your delivery and your order will be delivered in insulated packaging so it’s no problem if you can’t be home right away, but we do recommend being home within 2-hours of delivery being made.
If this isn’t an option, that’s ok! Just let us know at least 3-days prior to delivery day and we can reschedule your delivery to another day or a night-time delivery if available in your area. If it’s less than 3-days before your delivery, we can still reschedule it however we will be recharged the delivery fee and will need to pass it on to you.
